Data deletion
This page explains how to delete your Aitoma Studio account and personal data, including data received from platforms you connect (such as Facebook and Instagram). It applies the commitments in our Privacy Policy; where the two differ, the Privacy Policy governs.
1. How to delete your account and data
- Email hello@aitoma.ai from the email address on your account, with a subject like “Delete my account”. No particular wording is required.
- We confirm your request within a few days (and always within one month, as the GDPR requires), close the account, and begin removal.
- You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
You can also request deletion of specific data only —
for example AI clone source material, or the data from one connected platform — without
closing your account. Use the same email address and describe what you want removed.
2. What is deleted, and when
- Account and content data (profile, uploads, generated content, settings): deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account deletion.
- AI clone source data (faces and voices): deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or consent withdrawal.
- Backups: purge on a rolling 35-day cycle after primary deletion.
- Payment and invoice records: retained for 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires; they contain no platform data.
3. Data from connected platforms (including Meta)
If you connect social or advertising accounts (for example a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, or a Meta ad account), Aitoma Studio receives data from those platforms through their APIs — such as profile details, posts, engagement statistics and, where you connect an ad account, ads performance data.
- Disconnecting a platform in the app stops all further collection from it immediately.
- Platform-derived data already stored is deleted on the same schedule as account data above, or earlier on request (Section 1).
- Deleting your Aitoma Studio account removes all platform-derived data along with it.
